Their church existed for 5 days. Despite the constitutional right to believe and worship as they choose, members of a church in Bangladesh faced almost immediate opposition when they chose to meet publicly as a church, following three years of meeting secretly. They were taken before officials and threatened severely if they did not abandon their Christian faith. A few of them did; most of them did not.
