It is finally starting to feel like summer in my home state! I confess I don’t ride roller coasters or go to amusement parks the way I used to (have you seen how expensive some of them are just to walk through the gate!). But in the years immediately following high school, I somehow changed from a feet-firmly-on-the-ground park goer to a roller coaster fan. I even rode one of the ones where you have to ride it standing up! Roller coasters have been around for centuries, but the roller coaster “craze” got its official start on June 16, 1884, with the opening of “The Switchback” at Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York.
Today I wanted to share a fun board game called “Ride the Roller Coasters.” It’s easy to print and play – and no safety restraints are required!
