Welcome to a new series of ways we can pray for the lost and the persecuted. This series replaces the series I previously shared on my blog, Looking Out the 10/40 Window. Learn more about the 10/40 window of the world.
The needs of Christians experiencing persecution today as well as the needs of the unreached mean a great deal to me. I invite you to join me in prayer for the requests below.
Please pray for the Hannelie Groenewald, who was working in Afghanistan with her husband and two teen-aged children when their family was attacked by the Taliban. Her husband and children were killed along with two others. Pray for Hannelie and the families of the other victims to find peace and comfort during this time.
Please pray for Hmong Christians in Laos who have been arrested, reportedly beaten, and imprisoned for their faith in Christ. Pray also for their families who are separated from them.
Please pray for Christians in India who were attacked and beaten for singing Christmas carols.
Praise God for reuniting a Syrian refugee family in Turkey who was reunited after being separated when fleeing ISIS. Praise God also for spreading His Word throughout the refugee camps in Turkey.
