American Artists Timeline

American Artists Timeline Worksheet

I thought it would be fun today to make a timeline of American artists! Below you’ll find a list of just a few of the American artists who have left their mark on the world of art. Below each name is a link to one of their works (please note: while nothing offensive was found at these links at the time of writing, these links are to museum websites, which at times display inappropriate images along sidebars and in advertisements).

Explore these works of art and create timeline index cards for the artists who created them. Their dates of birth and death, when known, are listed beside their names. Then do some more research on your own and see who you can add to your timeline! Have fun!
