I don’t often share requests like this, but this one has been weighing on my heart since I first read about it. I received a prayer request from Christian Aid Mission about Syrian refugee children in the Middle East who spend all of December looking forward to Christmas. Sounds like most children you know, doesn’t it? Only, these children are Muslim, and they don’t know Christ and His love personally yet. But they do know that when Christmas comes, ministries throw special parties, give them gifts, share their food with them, and offer friendship and hope. And they come to these parties by the thousands. It only costs $5 to give one of these precious children a special Christmas. If you’re able, would you consider donating to Christian Aid Mission today? (You can find this specific prayer request and need under the October tab on this page. Click Oct 14 and then scroll to October 9.) Please don’t feel you have to; I understand how tight finances are, and I know that there are many in need. Regardless of whether you choose to donate or not, would you please join me in prayer that God’s love will touch every one of these childrens’ hearts and lives, and fill them with the eternal hope that only He can offer? Thank you.
