The Draw and Explore Science series is a great way to combine art and science. A short description of ten different landforms is given. Each is followed by an image of the landform on a grid. Next, students can do one or both of the assignments that follow. They can draw half of the landform in a grid that shows half of the picture, or they can draw the entire landform on an empty grid. Ten review questions and an answer key are also included. Landforms included are a bay, fold mountain, island, isthmus, lake, mesa, peninsula, shield volcano, stratovolcano, and valley. 26 pages total. Ages 8-13.
