Description
Landmarks dot the landscape of Pennsylvania, commemorating events both large and small that have contributed to local, state, national, and even global history. With the Landmarks of Pennsylvania Notebooking Journal, students have a chance to explore sixty-five landmarks and record key information about each one. For each man-made landmark, they can record when and why it was built. For each natural landmark, they can record its size or dimensions and information about its discovery and early exploration. They can record additional interesting facts about all the landmarks they explore, and they can draw or cut and paste a picture of the landmark from a magazine or resource. A blank page is included for adding additional landmarks students are studying or that are significant to local history. 69 pages total. Ages 8-13.
