United States at War Notebooking

Description

This notebooking unit is designed to help students explore and learn about 75 of the wars and conflicts that the United States has been involved in. From the Powhatan War and other conflicts with the Native Americans in the early 1600s through Operation Enduring Freedom, students can record key dates of the wars, what nations were involved, the main causes of the war, key people and battles, when the war ended, information about any treaties signed (if applicable), and the impact the war had on history. This can be used alongside a study of American history or as a road map to a study for students interested in military history. 81 pages total. Ages 11-18.
