We have used this resource alongside New World Explorers Coloring Book. Once we got into the topic of exploration we learned about the early explorers (like Bartolomeu Dias), continued with the New World Explorers, and then went back to this resource to read about others, such as Ann Bancroft, who was the first woman to make it to the North Pole.
