Today we are celebrating the birthday of Nicole Kantek, an Australian gymnast who competed in the Summer Olympics in Atlanta in 1996 at the age of 15. She scored well and helped her team place 10th in the competition. We’re going to try our hand at a balance beam with a history twist! *
