Description
Alexander Miles was a man of many talents. He was a barber, served on the Duluth Chamber of Commerce, and ran a life insurance company. What he is best remembered for, however, was his invention that forced the two sets of doors on an elevator (the set on the car and the set on the shaft) to open and close together automatically, which greatly improved elevator safety. With the Alexander Miles Coloring Book, your students can enjoy 13 coloring pages with large, traceable copywork while learning about this inventor. It’s a great way to combine history and handwriting practice and work a little of each into your day. It’s a perfect project for students to complete independently. 16 pages total. Three levels are available, Levels A, B, and C.
A note about coloring book levels:
Level A: Coloring pages include single word or phrase copywork (traceable print)
Level B: Coloring pages include full sentence copywork (traceable print)
Level C: Coloring pages include full sentence copywork (traceable cursive)
Pictures may vary or repeat between levels. Not all books are available in all three levels; new levels will be added as available.
