We do a lot of “coloring our way through history” as a way of reinforcing the concepts. It’s amazing how much more you can remember information when you spend time coloring a picture relevant to the material you are learning. Plus, you have the added bonus of being able to hang up your artwork to enjoy and remind yourself of the key concepts learned about Ancient Greece.
